Mitchell Posin has been practicing law for over 30 years, and has developed expertise in many areas of the law including administrative law, business litigation, white collar criminal defense, business regulation, and trust and estate law.

Mitchell was a founding member of the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and represented the former manager of the Kaiping branch of the Bank of China in a document-intensive threemonth trial in the United States District Court involving the alleged embezzlement of approximately half a billion dollars.

Mitchell has spoken at numerous seminars for other practicing attorneys on diverse subjects including civil litigation, criminal litigation, and administrative law.

Mitchell is married, and has two children, as well as three crazy dogs.
